Chardonnay from Les Crtes is a pure expression of the influence of the mountains on wine. The grapes are grown on terraced slopes up to 800 meters high around Aymavilles and Saint Christophe, where the alpine climate with cold nights and windy summers gives the wine its distinctive freshness and elegant minerality. The wine is a clear lemon yellow in the glass, opening with
