Single Cask: 358 Spelt-Rye _label_FESTIVAL BOTTLING gently sweet and slightly moreThis is a single cask bottling of our Spelt Rye whisky from a 5 year old 250 litre hogshead made of new American oak. The whisky is aromatic and intense with a soft, sweet mouthfeel and a complex, spicy character. Expect notes of candied sugar, vanilla, citrus, rye bread, warming spices, pepper, and creamy caramel.
