2023, Cuvee George Pupillin Ménard Le Rouge er LesCuve Georges is the Thillardon family's blanc wine, named after Paul Henri's grandfather. It is made from Chardonnay, Chardonnay ros and Aligot grown on blue marl and limestone soils in Pierres Dores in Beaujolais. The wine is fermented directly and matured in used oak barrels for almost two years before bottling. A precise and mineral white wine with subtle citrus, floral notes and a salty finish a wine that lets the terroir speak over the fruit
