2015 SONETTO, Primotivo di Manduria Riserva Ihringer Also crisp enough to provide100% Primitivo and a modest 16% alcohol percentage. Deep ruby red color and an aroma of blackberries and plums with a hint of spicy notes of tobacco and leather. A clean and pleasant Primitivo with plenty of ripe dark fruit flavours. Good balanced taste and long finish. Aged 24 months in French oak barriques. Note that the wine is unfiltered, so decanting is recommended before serving.
