The wine is aged sobre las (on the lees), which gives it extra depth, a creamy mouthfeel and an elegant lift to the classic fresh style of Ras Baixas. The nose is filled with crisp citrus notes, green apples and white flowers, with a touch of sea salt and wet stones like a sea breeze from the coast of Galicia. The taste is intense and well
